There is nothing better than having your "own" travel agent! Janet makes you feel like you are her one and only customer. It's great to have someone doing all of your leg work and price comparisons while giving you the best travel arrangements and even some free upgrades when possible. Save money, but most of all, SAVE TIME, without giving up any quality !!!!

In today's world of internet accessibility to almost anything, I didn't see the value of, or even knew that travel agents were still necessary. Boy did Janet at J&I travel prove me wrong! As opposed to searching and comparing endless websites to check for availability, prices and amenities, I was becoming increasingly frustrated, as I was planning a vacation that was not only a special occasion with unique circumstances, but required unique accommodations. On a colleagues recommendation, I decided to call Janet and explained my needs for pleasing and entertaining my parents who are 85, my girlfriend who I am always trying to impress, as well as my 13 year old son. After a brief 15 minute conversation of explaining my desires, Janet planned the perfect, most memorable vacation I've ever had. The hotel had every amenity a 13 year old could enjoy, the 5 star accommodations needed for my elderly parents, oceanfront views, and never mind some of the best shopping around, which really pleased the girlfriend. There is no way I could have ever have done this on the internet, and I would never again think about doing it on my own, but leave it to a true professional. I would highly recommend Janet to anybody who was looking to plan a vacation with a personal touch. Based on the budget, not only did she meet my expectations, but far surpassed them. What a true pleasure of having someone plan this all for me. I would have never have gotten this right. From returning calls, making changes to dates, etc, I even received an email during the trip to see how everything was going. If you're looking for a seamless solution for your next vacation with someone who pays meticulous attention to detail, you'd be crazy not to work with Janet. I can never thank her enough.
